COVID RECOVERY

After an interesting year in 2020 we are now able to start focusing on the future.

Hopefully we are getting closer to the backend of COVID (shhh, I don’t want to jinx it) so now it’s time to re-build and/or grow your recruitment practice.

To do this you need people and those new people need to be trained, which takes time. Why would you try and do it yourself or allocate that task to a consultant which is distracting? That is counter productive especially when you can use Recruitment School.

So we have developed a COVID Recovery Plan. Our COVID Recovery Plan is built around helping you get your team up and running so that you can capitalise on the opportunities that are in the market at the moment.

Recruitment NINJA

When we first started Recruitment School, Recruitment NINJA™ was specifically built to take a brand new person (or someone with less than 18 – 24 months experience) and teach them everything they need to run a desk. Recruitment NINJA™ Yellow & Green Belt became the courses that provided that content, and we developed Recruitment NINJA™ Blue & Black Belts to assist the more experienced people. It was complex and due to the complexities in the lessons within the Blue & Black Belts of Recruitment NINJA™, the cost of said courses at $700+ was against one of our most important values of affordability.

In our COVID Recovery Plan, we are reverting back to the original Recruitment NINJA™ framework. This means that Recruitment NINJA is now 100% focus on getting those new people up and running as quickly as possible.

As mentioned in our last post COVID-19 Recovery Special – Online Recruitment Training we have bolted together our Recruitment Ninja Yellow & Green Belt courses (now known as Recruitment NINJA™) and slashed the price to $358 + gst. This bundle is ideal for brand new people (up to 24 months experience) to recruitment agency world.

Advanced Lessons

As mentioned above, we have taken our Recruitment NINJA™ Blue & Black Belts and dismantled them. We have taken some of these courses (the most popular ones) and made them available as Advanced lessons.

These lessons are fairly technical in nature and many have a prerequisite course that must be completed first eg, you must complete Digital Sourcing 1 before you can access Digital Sourcing 2.

The lessons are longer than the normal 30 minute lessons we have purely because they are more complex. By May 21 we will have a series of live (via webinar) events where the walk through the more complex lessons eg Digital Marketing, Finance, Psychology, Building Culture and many others. More information on these live events will be released soon.

Live Webinars

Over the past three years we have been running live webinars to supplement our online training. The webinars are on our more popular topics eg Interviewing, Business Development, How to Run a desk, etc. within the Recruitment NINJA™ framework

We provide this service mainly to clients who have large numbers of students. From May 2021, we will be opening this service to our whole community. This will be a paid service at $47 + gst per person which means it is very cheap live training.

Each webinar is one hour in duration and will be limited to 20 participants so participants can ask questions and learn from each other.

Access to the webinars will be available from our home page soon.

Support Forums

We have built a range of support forums that are available to anyone who has purchased courses or lessons from Recruitment School. The courses and lessons have a subscription period (Courses 60 days and lessons 30 days) which means the student can access the appropriate support forum for that period and ask anything they like.

This is a great way to get ongoing support not only from our team but other users of the Recruitment School Platform.
