Overview of Recruitment
This lesson will provide you with an overview of the typical Recruitment Process. It is pretty simple lesson however essential as it lays the foundations of the rest of your learning.
Please note that companies may have different processes and obviously we are unable to capture them all but this lesson will give you most of the information you need.
⏰ TIME REQUIRED: This lesson will take approximately 30 minutes including the assessment.
Step 1. Download Workbook
Our objective is to make sure you retain all the information you are given and one of the best ways to increase your retention is for you to take notes. So please download the workbook by clicking the Download Workbook button and print it out.
Take notes and scribble all over it. When you are finished, store your workbook with the other workbooks in this course to make your own bespoke Recruitment manual.
Step 2. Watch the Training Video

Every Recruitment School lesson has a prerecorded video for you to watch that pertains to the lesson you are up to. All videos are narrated and where possible supported with real live stories to enhance the learning experience.
Please take the time to watch the video and follow with your workbook taking notes along the way.
Step 3. Complete the Lesson Quiz
Every Recruitment School lesson has a quiz to make sure you have retained the information you have been taught. There are five questions in each lesson quiz and every answer is in the training videos. So if you pay attention and take notes in the video, it will be a "walk in the park". If however you skipped or didnt pay attention to the video, you will struggle. So my suggestion, pay attention to the video.
Oh by the way, you need an 80% pass mark to progress to the next lesson and you have four attempts. If you don't achieve this, you account will be locked and we will be calling you to have chat - so no pressure
