Hi Alison, sorry for the delay, long weekend became a day longer for me.
I have never used Tracey but have met her and would say, yep definitely give her a go. Here at Recruitment School, we try not to align ourselves with anyone in particular only because we like to refer people/companies who we know will do a great job and unfortunately, many of the people we have used before, are no longer in the business, so I would prefer not to refer, just help where we can. That said here are my tips on how to choose your Rec 2 Rec.
- Make sure they are a specialist in what you do for a living, eg, if you are a IT Recruiter, then make sure the Rec 2 Rec understands that space almost better than you.
- Make sure they are a consultative business and not a "flick and stick" type of recruitment firm
- Trust your gut - too many of us go against our intuition and often it comes back to bite us. Go with what feels right
- Ask for their fill rates - this is the litmus test and will bring #2 into play.
Let us know how you go Alison.
Thanks, Steve
