Requirements/Prerequisite

All participants in How To Create a Pool of Suitable Candidates course should have a broad understanding of different roles that they will be interviewing for. You need the following experience

• Be computer literate
• Have access to a reliable internet connection
• Have uninterruptible time to dedicate to the learning process
• As this is a mandatory course for your Recruitment Ninja Green Belt accreditation, the following courses are prerequisite and you need to have completed the following lessons before you complete this course.
